Included in your stay

• All linens and towels are provided.

• Each bed has an electric blanket fitted.

• Every bedroom has charging facilities as well as a main charging station in the dining room.

• A fully functional kitchen with everything you need to cook for 8 people. Please note - there isn't a standard oven only a microwave convection oven.

• Dishwaher. (Dishwasher tablets provided).

• The pantry has all the basics, flour, sauces, salt + pepper, spreads etc.

• 2 Showers, 2 toilets and 1 bathtub.

• Master bedroom has it's own walk in wardrobe.

• Starlink internet provided.

• Fully functional laundry with washing machine and dryer. Laundry liquid is provided.

• BBQ and outdoor seating for 8.

• Pizza oven.

• Access to the entire 151 acres of our property, including 5 dams.

Additional Inclusions

• High chair and portacot (babies occupying the portacot are not included in the max occupancy of 8).

• Pet bowls and pet bed.

Pets
Pets are welcome at Berridale Cottage. Next to the house is a fenced in area perfect for dogs. It has both shady and sunny areas. Pets are welcome inside, we just ask that you keep them off the furniture please. The rest of the proerty is not fenced, we recommend taking your pet out on a leash when leaving the pet area.

Property Access
Access to Berridale Cottage is via a dirt road. This can be driven by a small car. The dirt road is approximately 3.1km long, made up of 2km of council road and 1.1km of our driveway. Prior to checkin, we will send you exact details of where the driveway is. Please don't just put the address into google maps, it will take you well past the driveway, tell you to park your car and walk the rest of the way.

Electric Vehicle Charging
Installed in the garage is an EO Mini 7kw EV charger with a type 2 to type 2 cable provided. Guests are welcome to charge their EV during their stay.

Pricing
Nightly cost is $300 in low season and $600 in high season. There is a one off cleaning fee of $180 applied to all bookings regardless of length of stay. Minimum 2 night booking.
